Gina is a UX Director at Oracle.
She currently leads design strategy for emerging, high-innovation product areas across Digital Government and Payments. She manages a team of product designers building AI-enabled platforms, including government solutions focused on preventing food insecurity in developing nations and a centralized payments system used across Oracle’s customer ecosystem. Gina partners closely with product, engineering, and data leaders to embed UX early in strategy, drive design quality at scale, and apply AI in responsible, user-centered ways.
Previously, Gina served as a Senior Product Design Manager at Meta, where she led UX for a portfolio of 20+ enterprise products supporting Enterprise Risk Management and HR. Her teams delivered measurable impact, reducing cycle times by up to 70% and increasing customer satisfaction by an average of 18 points. Prior to Meta, she was Design Director at Zola, where she set the end-to-end UX vision for Invitations, Albums, and Planning Tools—driving significant revenue growth, launching new product lines, and building foundational design systems, research practices, and hiring processes.
Earlier in her career, Gina led and delivered human-centered experiences for Fortune 500 clients including Citi, John Deere, Bosch, and SoftBank Robotics across web, mobile, conversational UX, IoT, and emerging technologies. She is especially drawn to complex, ambiguous problem spaces and is known for translating them into clear insights, strong narratives, and thoughtful product experiences through cross-functional collaboration.
A forever-Spartan fan, Gina graduated from Michigan State University with a degree in Journalism and Information Technology. You can find her traveling the world’s wine regions, hosting themed dinner parties, and playing consistently inconsistent rounds of golf. She lives in Grand Rapids, MI with her husband, 8-month old daughter, and 9 year old fur-baby Colby.
